I have been on a diet for 12 weeks I used to weigh 25 stone and I now weigh 23 and a half stones (still very over weight) but seem to be getting there slowly I used to play american football and I am desperate to get back in shape and maybe start to play properly again.
Fat is something that is very quick to put on but not so quick to get off, I used to weigh over 16 stone and after dramatically reducing my weight I am now at 11 stone and feel so healthy and my life style is a lot better also, good luck to you Mike just keep up the hard work I promise you will get there in the end, also if you are that passionate about football that gives you an incentive to work towards, I wish you the very best of luck
