You just have to apply your natural intelligence to your goal. Choose air-popped popcorn over oil-popped popcorn. Using skim milk will reduce the fat in pudding. Although most everyone loves ice cream, the truth is that it has a great deal of fat. You might want to try frozen yogurt instead. Fruits are not only good for you, they’re also very tasty too.
Avoid trying for a no-fat diet as there is such as thing as good fats and they are essential. Even if a food contains less fat, it is not necessarily good for you or less fattening.
