It’s amazing how much fat is packed into some “condensed” foods like cheese, ice cream and many other dairy products. Not to mention any processed meats like salami, pepperoni or any sausage for that matter.
Just removing most dairy and processed meats will really help to reduce the fat intake.
I am into vegetables and fruits only right now. I took vitamin supplement too.. I feel good and great right now than before.I am in a No no for sweet and high calorie foods. I think my diet works.But I knew someone doing this diet- low fat diet.She always checked out the nutritional content of the food or product just to make sure. Sounds funny, but she does. A low fat diet is essencial for our lives. Actually we live in a culture of fast food and junkie food, this is so bad for our chields.
